Job Description
As a Functional Analyst, you will investigate functional issues, change requests and determine the scope of complex and extensive development projects. and form the interface between key users and various stakeholders....
As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and translating customer needs and requirements into technical solutions
- Creating and maintaining functional specifications and use cases
- Supporting the software developers and testing the software (in collaboration with a test team)
- Supervising the implementation and acceptance of the software
- Providing Organizing training and education for the users of the software
SKILLS functional analyst
- A demonstrated experience as a functional analyst
- Experience in the various deliverables used to create a functional analysis (e.g.: context diagram, user stories/use cases, logical data model, fit-gap analysis...)
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a big plus.
- Strong analytical: a critical, problem-solving and proactive mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Communication skills to communicate effectively with team members, users and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in team: working efficiently with team members
- Willingness to continually develop and learn about new technologies and trends in the development of new systems.
